Craftedcandle provides web design and development services. As a service-based business, our work is customized to each client's specific needs and requirements.
Clients may cancel projects before work begins for a full refund. Once development work has started, cancellation policies will be outlined in the specific project agreement.
We include revision rounds in our service packages to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges as specified in your project agreement.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our web design services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with clients to resolve any issues.
All web design work is delivered digitally. Once files are delivered and accepted, they become the property of the client. We maintain backup copies for a limited time as specified in the project agreement.
